On the face of it, it may seem as if the preference to hire people for a post that you are interested in, is for candidates who are more experienced.

Believe it or not, experienced candidates feel the same way – that say, the focus is on hiring younger candidates with a less warped view of life.

Actually, both views are misrepresented. The decision to hire an individual is based solely on who fits the bill.
