Customer service representatives are usually the first people customers meet when they enter in an establishment. They act as an important link between the company and its customers and are considered key players in the success of a business. Depending on the industry that they are employed in, customer service representatives assist customers in finding products or suggesting services and answer any questions aimed at the features of the product or service.
