Mr. John Doe
Samaritan Medical Center
512 New Hemisphere Street
West Islip, NY 65211
Dear Mr. Doe:
I am replying to the job advertisement for the position of Nursing Assistant at Samaritan Medical Center, as posted on uscanadajob.com. I have several years’ experience in the nursing assistance field and currently seeking a new opportunity to leverage my skills to contribute to the well-being of the residents.
My experience over the past several years has helped me to learn much regarding personal care and hygiene. I am highly skilled in escorting patients to and from appointments; taking vital signs and reporting any deviation to the nurse and helping the doctor with physical and diagnostic examinations. Besides, I have in-depth knowledge of safety and infection control practices and have a profound ability to use computer systems. A copy of my resume is herewith where you will find more details on my skills and the individual tasks which I performed at my previous jobs.
As a compassionate and experienced nursing assistant, I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you regarding my qualifications and your requirements in more detail. I will contact you during the first week of September to set up a time of interview. Alternately, I can be reached at the above mentioned phone # or e-mail address.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to meeting with you soon.
