Dietary Aide performs his duties under the direct supervision of the Food Services Manager. S/he performs a variety of patient food services such as:
• Prepares food items and assembles ready foods for patient trays
• Serves foods in the rooms and cafeteria

• Cleans cafeteria tables, and service counter area after meals
• Washing pots and pans area
