Writing an email cover letter for a job inquiry needs somewhat different guidelines than a standard cover letter. Its content is not that much different from a paper cover letter. Here is an example:

I would like to be part of a dynamic team that oozes professionalism which is why I am writing to you.
I am a highly motivated individual who possesses the ability to handle multiple assignments at the same time by setting priorities and without compromising quality of work. Having said this, I am proficient in communicating with customers and fellow workers alike, scheduling conferences and meetings, providing administrative support to all departments and reviewing incoming requests for the best possible strategies.
