Dear Mr. Lawrence:

Knowing that DDI has been speedily accelerating towards growth in terms of public goodwill and strong market profile, I want to contribute as an Accounting Technician using my vast experience in accounting arena.

Through my work as an Accounting Technician in my recent career history, I have gained a substantial grip on all accounting techniques and methods. I am highly skilled in timely and accurately preparing accounts receivable ledgers, invoice records, reviewing time cards to bill customers, managing collections from customers, and preparing weekly cost reports for customers. Moreover, I have been highly praised for my quality work and flawless accrual, journal entries, and bookkeeping.

Being extremely skilled at understanding and applying current accounting guidelines, system updates, revisions and policy changes, I had been able to enhance the procedure of formulating accounting policies and procedures for fixed asset tracking during my job at Next Era Energy Resources. It is my personality trait to pay a high degree of attention to detail so that fiscal transactions processes, data entry for billings and vouchers, documentation proofreading, accounting books and ledgers, bills, checks, and vouchers are accurate and error free. With my ability to adapt to changing conditions and work assignments, set priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and willingness to learn more, I am a perfect fit for your accounting department.

I hope my application serves the purpose and compels you to give me a chance to discuss my relevant qualifications and experience in an interview. I have enclosed my resume for your perusal. If you require any other information, you can contact me at (000) 456-7890.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely yours,
